Very good just a little spicy

We followed the directions and immediately put them in the freezer upon delivery. When we opened the package to reheat them days later, they were a giant frozen clump that would not separate. We tried everything and eventually had to throw them out. When we emailed customer service about the problem, including a photo of the frozen clump, we got an AI response stating: "Hi Michael, I'm sorry I can't assist you right now. Regards, Michael - AI Assistant"
