These are so flavorful, perfectly textured and quick and easy to make. They are the perfect snack or meal. Love to have them with Asian flavored or greens of any kind on the side to round things out.

The noodles were easy to prepare and tasted delicious. The spice level was just right. The only thing I would change, and that's just for me, is to increase the size of the meal by 25-30%. I was left feeling a bit unsatisfied, but another full pack would have been too much.
