mBiota Elemental Diet: Maintenance Plan

I love the mBIOTA Elemental Diet: Maintenance Plan. I had an issue with constipation but then along with the advice of my Dietician I alternated with a 1/2 pack with a full pack every other day and this worked. My gut feels so much better( especially when awaking with a bothersome gut) after having the drink. It allows me to then start my day before eating feeling good.
