I have been talking this product for 3 months but without having a blood test I guess there is no real way of knowing if they are working or not due to the type of vitamins that they are. However, I guess i feel better knowing that i am doing something that may help with any possibility deficiencies. So it is therefore hard to score this product.

The product was delivered fast and efficiently. I have only used it for the past 3 weeks and it seems to work. I will keep using it for the foreseeable future and would recommend.

Quick and convenient way to take vit D. I would recommend. It’s hard to know if this has benefited my wellbeing but I have been advised to take a bit d supplement and this is the easiest from for me.
