Butyrate (Sodium)

It is difficult for me to say how beneficial this is because I have taken it for a month and I understand this type of gut support works in the long term. My digestive system seem to work better overall and the bowel movements are excellent. I think this has contributed to gut health.

I’m not yet sure if these are having an impact on my health, but improving gut health is a long game which is why I added butyrate to my stack, so I will be repurchasing and continue to purchase and monitor.

So far so good, good value when bought on offer. Still waiting to see if having an effect as I have chronic gut issues it may take longer to see benefit so will update in future
