Basic B Complex

After a lot of research, I found this to be the best combination of vitamin B in the best bio available form for me. I only drop one star because a few of the Bs are in higher levels relative to the others than I would prefer to take daily.

I have been using this multi B for a few years & I find it suits me well.

Doesn't impact my mood! A lot vitamin B make my mood go funny but this doesn't which is really good.
