Zinc Bisglycinate - 30 mg

Taking this for skin, hair and gut health, together with other supplements. Small easy to take capsules. Advisable to take with a small protein snack to avoid nausea (common with zinc).

These capsules are easy to swallow as small. My hair and skin looking great since taking. I bought 30mg by mistake, so bought 15mg, as want to take daily. If using 30mg I would take alternative days.

Might not have needed this; I can imagine if bloodwork shows you are deficient: it could be a great product. But if you’re not and expecting benefits, that wasn’t the case for me.
