I've been taking these omega-3s for a couple of years now. I love the high-quality, no-nonsense take on supplements of the brand. Whilst they do often take me a couple of attempts to swallow, the capsule shell doesn't start to break down at all and I've never had any fishy burps.

High quality, start on 1 per day, then increase gradually to 4 so as not to upset stomach!
