Methyl B Complex

Very good, helps me keep my energy up, I like that it has different versions of same vitamin.

Great brand and great product, but this one was an impulsive buy on my end. Since I take beef liver supplements, I'm assuming I'm getting a ton of B Complex so I using this sparingly. When I do take it, I see a noticeable difference in my energy.

Really help me focus! Trying to quit caffeine and these have helped avoid the tiredness crash
