Purchased because I recently lost my sense of taste and smell post covid (yes it is still with us). Read research which supported supplementing with high dose zinc. Difficult to assess whether or not it has worked because symptoms have significantly improved - because of zinc or because it was going to resolve anyway? However I am sufficiently convinced so would take it again in same circumstances
