O.N.E Multivitamin

Always difficult to say with Multivits, as you can't expect miracles, but this does seem to have given me a little bit more energy and potentially helped with a dry scalp problem. As a veggie there's inevitably a few nutritional holes in my diet. This multivit is good with no fillers or bulking agents, and good levels and sources of the important vits without trying to pack everything possible in for the sake of it. Recommended!
