Very clean formula with a good dose of iron and vitamin C. Iron is best taken with vitamin C to support absorption, so there’s no need to add an extra vitamin C supplement. I feel great taking it and, unlike with many iron supplements, I haven’t experienced any stomach discomfort. The format is convenient and easy to use.

I've been ordering these supplements regularly and I've found they don't upset my stomach like some other iron supplements can.

Great ingredients and values however I didn't find it effective and iron isn't a primary focus right now. I think for someone needing to boost iron I would say try this as it contains vit c for absorption.
