Nutrisorb® Methyl B Complex

Biocare is a brand I trust and use since years. This is a very easy to use vitamin B complex without the need for pills. I repurchase regularly.

The best B-complex for me - no additives, and just four drops under the tongue, doesn't cause digestive upset, which is key for me. Reputable company, third-party tested products are a must for me.

Seems ok but you get what you pay for & the altrient b complex liquid sachets are far more effective with me at least. They cost more but get more of a benefit! This is still worth a try tho given its good price point!
