Copper Bisglycinate

My current multivitamin doesn't contain copper, which I've read is needed if taking zinc long term, which my multivitamin does contain, so this is a good product to take alongside that, and I like Thorne products, they're good quality

I am on to my second bottle of this supplement and am really happy with the effects. I love Thorne products anyway so have complete faith in them and from my deep dive into the importance of Copper in our diets believe that this dose of 2mg is perfect. I feel like I have more energy and my general health has improved over the past few months which I believe is down this addition. Easy to swallow, the first few days on an empty stomach can cause slight nausea but this soon subsides. Best time to take is on an empty stomach away from Vitamin C and foods which may block absorption. Easy subscription too so I don't have to worry about re-ordering.
