Zinc Bisglycinate - 15 mg

This is about the sixth item I have now purchased from Healf. I really could not be happier with anything I have purchased from Healf, excellent quality, and you know that everything you purchase from Healf has been tried, tested, and expertly curated through their three step process, before it appears on their website. I was looking for a high quality, very absorbable and bio-available form of zinc, and Thorne certainly meets and exceeds what I was looking for with this particular product. Also, I was looking for a 15 mg dose (as I don't want anything too strong as that can affect your copper levels) so this was absolutely perfect for me. I like the fact that this zinc is in capsule form, and not tablet form. Generally zinc tablets are very small, and I find for me have a tendency to stick in my throat, but with capsules they slip down with no problems whatsoever. I think that these are doing wonders for my immune system as I have never felt fitter or healthy (and I am 55). You really cannot go wrong with anything made by Thorne, and to be honest any brands that Healf sell. Healf have definitely become my first place I go to when looking to purchase supplements.

Swapped for usual zinc piccolinate to this and very happy. Trusted brand and always love to buy from Healf.

Best form of zinc have tried including vs citrate and picolinate forms. Good value and effective. Helps my mood and gives calm energy. No GI side effects.
