Best creatine product I've used. I live in florida and deliver for fedex and these gummies hold up to the heat in the trucks which easily gets over 100° in the back where i keep my back pack. But they are extremely convenient and easy to switch up your dosage through the day. But ive been ordering them for 3 or so months now and havent got sick of them like i did with the powders plus having to mix a powder into a shake or deal with it in just a shaken water bottle was getting old real quick. But now its more of the opposite these gummies taste as good as candy gummies. I could easily eat a whole bag in a sitting. But i refrain to 6gms a day(3gummies twice a day).
