Life changing

Some Benefits Seen
I've been using Menerals for around a year now. I'm pretty bad at consistently taking it, due to work schedule mostly. But when I do consistently take it, I seem to have better digestion, sleep better, and feel like I have more energy. When I'm forgetting to take it for a few days here and there, I do feel worse. Maybe it's a real benefit, maybe it's a placebo effect, I couldn't honestly say. However it seems to indicate that when I'm taking it daily, that I notice I feel better overall
