Hardest part is remembering to take it daily. When I do take it consistently, I notice a difference for sure. My labs have been great, and a noticeable difference in energy.
I like that it’s two pills versus a competitor that uses 5 pills per use.
Price point is just right. If you join the Facebook group, just know that there are a lot of naysayers that expect a miracle change overnight (which the product does not do). Take it for 90 days before you really make a determination on how it works for you.

I can work outside in the heat now without feeling like I’m about to fall over. My sleep has improved too. Not a significant change overall but definitely noticeable.
