I did notice an improvement in my recovery which has been a big help since I started taking them, I love how quick and easy it is to get a boost of protein and collagen too. Im gonna end up putting a stop to protein shakes and spending money on whatever liquid I’m mixing with or enduring how gross they are when you only mix them with water. I love this product. Started taking this to aid in my ( over 58 yo) recovery from yoga and weightlifting. I havent lost any gym/yoga time to nagging injuries since i started taking this consistently.
