Love these protein packs!

I am on a GLP-1. I cannot eat very much and have been concerned about nutrients. I have been supplementing these packs 1-2x per day so I make sure I am getting protein and aminos. So far so good! Easy to carry and take in my bag and my car.

Love this product. Great for quick protein before an early morning workout when you just can't stomach the idea of a chalky protein shake. Lately I've been purchasing the bottle for this purpose, but the pouches are also perfect for hiking, backpacking and long bike rides.
