Energize & Reset - 1 mg

Im beyond impressed with the Sleep and Recharge mints. I used to stay up for hours trying to fall asleep and its become much easier with these, pri.arily due to the melatonin. HOWEVER, the melatonin dose is so low that i don't feel the groginess of waking up to start my pot of coffee. I feel alert, present and ready to start my day. Been having a rough couple months and these are going to help tremendously if this experience from a 2 week trial continue! As for the energy gum, its pretty alright. Tastes like minty gum for about 20-30 minutes. In terms of ratios, if the Sleep and Recharge mints were a 50:50 split in true effectiveness, the Energy and Focus is about a 80:20 split; the energy (caffiene) is the main focus as i D definitely feel that, but i cant say ive felt more "focused" from chewing the gum. I have taken a cup of coffee out of my daily routine in place of a piece of gum and ive felt totally fine and happy with that. Definitely buying more Sleep mints! Maybe gum
