It’s the matcha that I’ll keep repurchasing. Uji latte blend is a vivid shade of green. Not dark but, vivid (which) is good. The flavor is a bit umami, earthy, and vegetal. It pairs well with pure vanilla and agave if you like a little sweetener but I always prefer my lattes less sweet. I also get a nice microfoam with this blend.

The first package of this matcha I got was very good and I immediately repurchased two more. But the 2 additional packs weren't as good. It could be an older stock I received or just my taste buds changed. Good quality just not as bold, nutty, creamy, and umami like the first package.
