I have never ordered from Hojicha Co before or have heard of them so this was my first! They put a lot of care into their packaging and the prices are super fair - I did the math and with shipping from the MK website it would be the same! Wakatake is the perfect for everyday, especially if you like making fun drinks. It stands up to milk and has no bitterness in a latte. Will be ordering from them again :)

The matcha is quite yummy! It’s got a nice roasted scent, and a nice sweetness to it. The lack of bitterness was a pleasant surprise! This was my first time ordering from this shop and I’m a skeptical person, but it came packaged beautifully with a handwritten note. Would buy again <3
