No-Sift Matcha Tumbler Set

Disappointed

I recently purchased the No-Sift Matcha Tumbler Set, and I have a question regarding the lid but no one seemed interested to respond back to my email I sent weeks ago so here I am posting my review. When I try to close the cap, it doesn’t seem to tighten completely. Instead, it continues to twist without reaching a firm stop. I’m wondering if this is the intended design, or if there may be an issue with my tumbler. I’m concerned because I plan to carry it in my bag when I go to work, and I’m worried that the lid could leak or accidentally open if it doesn’t seal securely. To be honest, I am disappointed. This product is not cheap. I got it shipped all the way to Canada but just to receive what it seems to be a bottle shaker that is not functioning properly.
