Signature Yame Matcha

Excellent quality matcha! The color is super rich, rivaling only the matcha I got directly from Japan. The flavor is balanced, not bitter but smooth with a slightly nutty undertone. The label says ceremonial grade and I definitely believe that this stuff is.

Very good matcha and quality. The only thing is some tins were very good and others weren't as flavorful.
