Meiko vs Matsu
Just wanted to write a quick review about the fantastic customer service I was given prior to receiving my Meiko matcha.
I had originally ordered the Matsu Matcha, which I did not enjoy at all unfortunately, and they had reached out to me after I left a not so good review- and offered to send me their Meiko blend for free to see if I enjoyed it more.
They shipped it right, and I really appreciated that and was impressed with how quickly it had arrived.
I just tried their Meiko blend and I have to say I am much more impressed with it than I was with their Matsu blend.
I know this post isn’t really about the Meiko blend but rather just to say to put my appreciation out here on matchaeologists website to say thank you for making things right and being so kind with wanting me to enjoy your matcha.

Just what I was looking for
I found a matcha that I loved while traveling in Portugal (sourced in Japan of course) but live in the US where it is not available. I searched for one that had a similar flavor profile and decided on the Meiko from Matchaeologist. Sweet and nutty and deep. It is delicious!
