This is hands down my favorite matcha! I’ve tried Ippodo, Nami, Rocky’s, and so many more matchas and Astrid’s Okita still stands out. It is sweet, chocolatey, nutty, and has a perfect balance of umami with no bitterness or astringency. It shines through well in milk and still remains strong. The color is a deep and vibrant green. I store it in the fridge and even after 8 months the color and taste remain the same. I will always have an Okita matcha in stock at my house no matter what. If you are in the market for matcha, you HAVE to give this blend a try! -a very picky matcha girly

Great product for the price!!! I personally don't drink it, it's for my wife. I make a Matcha pistachio latte every morning for her. She loves it!
