We've tried many different matcha brands and types and this one by far was the best. Its not super heavy on the bitter side and since I use it for my business many of my customers agree too! This flavor is amazing!

First i want to say i LOVE this matcha which is why im so disappointed. I dont know when they switched their shipping, their standard shipping used to come in 3 days tops, now it takes 5-8 days? I ordered at 20g tin to make sure i still liked it and of course i did. It took nearly 2 weeks to get here so the day i got it and made sure i liked it still, i ordered to 100g tin. It didnt take as long as the 20g tin but still took a while. Also, why did they switch their packaging? Its just wrapped in paper and in a thin bubble mailer. My 100g tin came in so dented. It used to be in a box and bubble wrap, and I never got a dented tin. I get it, they got more popular but why are we sacrificing security and shipping. Overall, I love the matcha but it feels like they dont care about their customers experience.
