Under Cooked

The overall flavor of this coffee is not too bad and holds true as advertised. But so does the bitterness. Just a bit too bitter for my liking. It really kicks in as an aftertaste. As a hobby roaster, if I was roasting this bean, I would take it a bit further into the 2nd crack, Full city+. That may get rid of a little bitterness and put a little oil sheen on the beans.

Reorder-Worthy!

I recently discovered this dark coffee through my subscription, and it’s easily become my favorite blend. It’s rich, smooth, and full-bodied without being overly bitter—just the kind of bold flavor I look forward to every morning. I loved it so much, I’ve already reordered. Definitely a new staple for me!

Perfect as weather warms up balanced but robust flavor!
