Great basics

Very pleased with these. They are very sharp out of the box. I did take some time to round the spine and choil a bit, and smoothed the edges of the handle. At this price point, this is what I expected. These are knives that I plan to use daily, and didn't want to get something so expensive that I'm afraid to use it. I am removing a star only because the chef knife is coming out of the handle at a slight angle (not completely straight).
