Tojiro Hammered 6.5" Nakiri Knife

My mom would have loved this knife!

I grew up using a knife like this as my mom is Japanese and loved to cook. This Tojiro knife is easy to use, balanced,light, very sharp and cleans with regular dish soap and water. I use it on veggies, meats, tofu and more. I'm gifting this to my sister in Hawaii for Mother's 'Day who is a great cook like my mom. Well priced and better than my $300 knife. Highly recommend.
