This is my first Tojiro and ice heard nothing but good things but always about the chef knives. This little beauty is great, thin and sharp, smooth cuts thru anything that isn’t dense. It’s like a letter opener and a long paring knife rolled together. Love finding excuses to use this knife. Surprisingly comfortable grip too. All this for a great price too
