Easy to take and delicious! Note, they are not “chewy” as the label may imply. They are more like powdered tablets but they are tasty and they make staying on track, whether I’m at home or traveling, super easy! I also trust the quality.

Great way to get creatine without a powder

I don't drink a lot of powders or make a lot of smoothies, so getting creatine in a powder form is more difficult. I really love these as an alternative on days I am not making a smoothie. They taste great; my favorite is mango, but my wife prefers the strawberry. We both like, but don't love, the lemon/lime; it is just a little too tart for us. But for someone who likes tart or sour candy, this may be the right one for you!
