Game Changer

I've been taking these for a few months and I saw a huge difference in my workouts after about a month. I can lift much heavier weights, but I also saw a difference in my endurance during cardio. At first I didn't like the chalkiness of the chews, but now I actually like them and enjoy eating them. I like the lemon, but the strawberry are my new favorite!

Great flavor

I like the creatine chews and thankfully they did not upset my stomach. The only problem I have with these is that it seems like a lot! I have a hard time chewing down 5 of these every day... I can't say I have had noticeable results yet either

after much research about creatine for women 50+, and looking at many brands, i settled on these. i trust dr stacy simms, so momentous did a great job having her as part of the team. had no idea what to expect, but after 30 days i do feel more alert during the day when i normally dip. i’ve been lifting heavier also and i think my recovery is much less of a strain. i ordered 90 more days and ill be anxious to see how i feel at the end of 2026. if you are a woman over 50 reading this, and are doing all the things to improve your longevity, i highly recommend these creatine chews. no weird effects for me and its like having 5 little sweettarts after breakfast. :)
