I just started the capsules (which are small and I appreciate! ) so it's difficult to make a fair review. I will say that I certainly haven't had any adverse affect and my energy levels have remained an even keel. So far, so good. I want to wait the full 90 days to see the true benefits.

I am taking the product as recommended. I am not quite finished with the first bottle. I have not noticed any difference so far.
