I’ve been using it for a while, and I cannot tell I’m energetic, looking younger, or smarter than before. But I’m still using it. Maybe my expectation is different. If I don’t have enough sleep, I’m struggling to talk, experiencing short memory and want to sit all day long. So it doesn’t help to improve my conditions, however I want to believe it’s working inside anyways.

Roughly 4 weeks of taking tru niagen I notice a shift, its been good ever since. Would recommend to improve health and for exercise. But im over 40, however this helped me a lot.
