I have been taking this glutathione for about a year and think it has had a great impact on my gut health. It is easy to take right when I wake up ( with the Vitamin C...I read it helps glutathione work more effectively when taken together). I highly recommend this form. I have read from many sources that this is a must take vitamin. I like the liquid form better than a pill and this taste is very pleasant, is a small amount and overall easy to take.
