My Must-Have Mineral Shots

My energy levels have significantly improved since regularly adding a shot glass of Beam minerals to my morning routine. Mixed thoughts on BEAM electrolyte and mineral supplement

I can't tell from health point of view. But I do recognize that here in the desert I need to maintain electrolytes and minerals. Just so you know, my sister who is a PHD although not in hard sciences, believes that if it tastes like water, I should consider that maybe it is water! I did some investigation, and found one study that seemed to confirm your product or at least the process. I find the cost of your product close to prohibitive which is why I have not reordered.
