Hard to determine if this is helping. Probably too soon to tell. Taste is quite bitter even when mixed in shakes. And pricey..

Purchased the Berry and Mocha the taste of them is not the best. This supplement is expensive so I will finish all of it and assume it is helping in my recovery from shoulder surgery. Drinks are better ice ice cold.

I like the product and I think it will help in my recovery but I would not recommend the grape flavor. The taste is unpleasant and hard to get down without adding a lot of fruit and making a smoothie. I would have done better with the unflavored. Thanks Vicki
