My Fault

I wasn’t sure exactly what happened when I received my order and it wasn’t the item I had ordered. After a bit of research, it was easy to see I didn’t order the right product. The staff at Cold Therapy were able to sort my issues and ship the correct piece, which fit perfectly, then issued a refund for my mistake. Thanks for the advice and service!!

Angela is amazing and the power is back on

I am a triathlete and distance swimmer and I utterly destroyed my knee. It is not the first time I have been injured but is undoubtedly the most severe of the injuries. The surgery was scheduled the moment the MRI results came in. I have had the Breg Wave since 2019 or thereabouts and it has been with me and my husband through several surgeries and numerous injuries. It is a lifesaver for ice and cold therapy and the expand and contract feature are just great. It is a lower cost alternative to the ridiculous machine you can rent for almost the same price. And, if properly maintained it is a lifesaver. Ours was not properly maintained but we got that problem worked out too. When I realized the day before my surgery that my husband had not checked the machine, I was devastated and angry. Should have checked it myself. When he told me we didn't have a power cord because he could not find it, I was heartbroken. As I did a search for the part and overnight online, it was not clear that it would even be processed in time. Angela @ MyColdTherapy is my hero. She's just amazing. I explained the problem to her and a little empathy, compassion and understanding simply changed my world. Agela worked with me to make sure that the power source would hit the mail same day and followed through on tracking to try to get the power source to me as quickly as possible (attempted next day). While Mother Nature had different plans, Angela gave me some alternative short-term solutions and followed the tracking to let me know when to expect the cable. Her caring and kindness just helped me manage my fear and the extraordinary frustration that comes with finding out that the things we need don't work when we need them to, due in part to our own stupidity. In the end, I am sitting here typing with the wave going literally on loop wrapped around a very painful knee. And, more than anything, I cannot thank the kindness of strangers enough. The machine is a great machine. The power cord is doing as it is supposed to and MyColdTherapy has my deepest gratitude as much as this machine does. And, thank you Angela.

Breg Polar Care Wave Stopped Working

The Breg unit had been stored for about a year. After a severely twisted ankle, we plugged in the unit, the lights flashed once and then nothing. I checked the power supply with a multimeter and saw it was defective. Called My Cold Therapy and they were able to overnight me a replacement. This unit is working again!
