I have been taking this for a few months and have definitely noticed a difference in my gut. Things are on a more regular schedule than they have for a long time. The appetite suppressant wasn't expected but its noticeable too. Highly recommend.

This really makes a difference!
I now really feel properly satiated when I eat. . Before this supplement I would always feel hungry. Now my gut really seems to have settled down and I’m eating much better portion sizes. Wouldn’t be without it now. Highly recommend.
