good customer service

I ordered replacement straps for an upcoming knee surgery. When they didn't come in a timely manner, I reached out to customer service. They were friendly and helpful. It was a post office issue, but they were willing to help me if the straps never made it to my house.

Got all 3 straps ordered

I ordered these straps because my current straps are beginning to not hold. The Velcro ends want to loosen. I really only needed one size strap but there is no option to order the sizes individually. You have to buy the set. The shortest strap is not useful with the knee pad. There should be an option for purchasing the strap needed individually.
