So far I have made the secreto and hanger steak from my first shipment. Incredible flavor, my guests were surprised it wasn't beef steak! The directions for defrosting and cooking were super easy to follow and we were provided great recipe/cooking recommendations. For the price, this seems like a steal. Will be ordering plenty more soon to enjoy all summer!

Outstanding!
Outstanding Hangar Steak! I had heard for years how amazing Iberico pork is. Everything I heard is true! This pork is amazing, juicy and full of awesome flavor. Keep it simple and let the pork shine. I cannot wait to try the chops I ordered as well.

This steak was so delish. I pan seared it i. Olive oil and spices 4 min per side. So tender and favorable. Happy with tge purchases I made, although sad about no bacon in my order. Thank you
