No thick gritty chalky drinks for me! This fiber drink is smooth, easy to mix, and gentle on digestion. It helped reduce bloating and improved regularity without discomfort. Finally, a fiber supplement that doesn’t feel like punishment.

Bloat doesn’t seem to be working for me but I’ve only been on it for two weeks. I don’t have less bloat but it kind of makes me constipated. I’m hoping my body gets used to it.

I found the de-bloat to be tasty and easy to digest but I’m not sure if I reaped the benefits of the product. I would take it with my lunch.
