When I first started using the products I just used a kitchen teaspoon. A teaspoon is not an exact measurement of the dosage so I was sort of guessing at the correct amount. I finally ordered their serving spoon and no more guessing. I know I’m getting the correct dosage every time and I like the design of it.

I love how good the dim Taste alone & I look forward to taking it in the morning. The spoon makes it so simple to measure and I’m very satisfied with both of my purchases!

Love the ease of RHO, it travels easy, you can take it quite easily versus a tablet. I feel so much better. I use my HSA to help with the cost.
