Omega-3 + Vitamin D3 & K2

No smell

I've been low on Vitamin D my whole life. I was excited to find a combined Vit D with K2 and Omega 3. I only ordered one bottle to make sure there was no fishy smell. There wasn't. These have been fantastic. I get my bloodwork tomorrow and can't wait to see if there's been improvement.

Seriously - no fishy taste

I've bought and thrown out countless versions of Omega/fish oil supplements over the years. These have no fishy taste at all. No fish burps later in the day. They are fairly large but the texture makes for easy swallowing. As someone who typically has issues taking large pills - I have had no issues with these.

I couldn’t tolerate them

I wanted to love these, but I couldn’t tolerate them once I started the full dose. I didn’t realize until 2 weeks in that the dose was 4 caps a day and not 1. Once I started taking 4 they started to give me an upset stomach and I was burning them up. I tried splitting the dose up and taking them with food but it was hard to remember to take them several times a day.
