Still too early to tell much of a difference, but if it is like the other MBG supplements I have been taking for years (Vitamin D, Omega, Brain Guard, Creatine), I know it is going to work wonders in supporting my overall health and longevity. I absolutely love the fact that it contains glutathione!

I was skeptical of a multi-vitamin that packs so much into one capsule. In the past, I found myself having to buy/take additional supplements to compliment the women's "multivitamin" that I thought was great. The price of this product might be higher than other brands, but I am saving money by not having to buy additional supplements that are found the ultimate multivitamin. Quality product.
