We heard about Red Clay (Caro’s blog) and were in search of a new hot sauce. After living in Central America, we couldn’t find brands that had flavor and spice we had come to love in and on our foods. These do not disappoint! Depth of flavor and various spice levels and a commitment to making every batch w great ingredients. Try them all.

1st time Red Clay purchase

Very nice compliment for breakfast, lunch, dinner and in between. Bought the 5 pack for selection purposes on different food preparation. A little bit of the Peach on grilled asparagus, Verde on grilled Pineapple, etc. Basically, the sauces are “tool kit” for whatever I decide to eat.

It would really be helpful if you would list your products with meaningful heat ratings. A lot of us love the flavor but are unable to tolerate the very spicy heat of some for either taste or physiological reasons, in my case both.
