Hot Crispy Oil- Combo Box

I used HCO sparingly, at first, as I needed to be sure the heat was tolerable. The taste and texture of the regular HCO is quite perfect fory taste buds, and I have been using it on everything from pizza, to eggs, to steak...I've even considered adding a bit to the buffalo sauce I use for my chicken wings!! That toasty, warm, and earthy goodness seems to go with just about all my favs! Have yet to try it on my burgers, but that may be next...and VERY soon!!

The oil is not hot, its more of the mix of texture of crunchies in it. Both are very good. If you always eat salsa go with the xtra hot. I mix the extra hot & smokie for best flavor!
