I love the Mystic Gold, and put it on everything. (soups, tuna, eggs, steak, potatoes, chicken, etc) Last night, I poured it on my fish fry dinner. I just ordered three bottles so I won't run out!

It is a sauce based on aji amarillo, very mild but full of aji amarillo flavor, not overwhelmingly spicy. Very impressed by the quality. BTW, I was born and raised in Peru and I know how aji amarillo should taste and the sauce really tastes as aji amarillo
