Kudos on offering a sample

Love being ablebto buy the sample and try before buying a whole tub. Half a stick is plenty for me but it's a great product

I felt that taking at full strength was to much at first. I decided to take half doses for two of the packets and it helped with the heavy rush that occurs. I didn't feel like it helped my workouts until I got through the third packet. I typically get acid reflux with caffeine. I didn't really have to much of a negative reaction when I used it at half dose.
