Stimulant-Free Pre Workout

Initial impressions: the coconut flavor is pretty mild. If you prefer a subtle taste, it’s probably perfect, but I personally lean toward stronger flavors. I’ve only been using it for about two weeks, so it’s a bit too early to judge the actual results. I’ll give this flavor another two months to see how it impacts my progression in the gym. One thing I really appreciate is that they offer a stimulant-free version of their primary caffeinated formula. Because I have to keep an eye on my blood pressure, non-stim pre-workouts are a must for me. It’s a huge plus that this company offered both options right out of the gate.

I’m giving this one star for one reason: the flavor. For some reason, it straight-up tastes like vodka to me. I could barely finish it on my first try. I’m not sure if I just got a bad batch, but I won’t be using another scoop of this anytime soon. Obviously, tastes differ, and other people might not get that same vodka note, but it’s a dealbreaker for me. That said, I’ve reviewed this exact same product in the Miami flavor, and that one was a much better experience.
