Amazing Knife

I love the way this knife feels in my hand. Super sharp out of the box. I gave it a quick strop and went to work on 5 lbs. of onions for French Onion soup. My favorite knife so far.

Is it really all that?

The short answer is, yes. I am a modest collector, but I only buy knives I can actually use...I'm not in to wallhangers. I wanted to see what all the fuss was about with these Kramer/Zwilling knives, but wasn't expecting anything life changing. This knife felt different the minute I picked it up out of the box. Substantial, solid, balanced, it just feels good! I gave it a quick strop before trying it...it was stupid sharp. It fell through tomatoes and sliced thin enough to read through. "Stickage" wasn't anything to write about. I am well pleased with both the knife and the customer care from Cutlery and More.

Great knife! Sharp right out of the box, nice balance and looks great. Great for home and professional kitchen. The only thing I would mention is getting used to the D shaped handle. Its a little odd to handle at first. I recommend dispite the learning curve.
